How It Works
Most of what kills agency relationships is unclear process. So ours is fully documented, with realistic timelines, deliverables you can hold us to, and no surprises about what comes next.
We start with a live working session — usually 60–90 minutes — where we review your current website, ad accounts, conversion data, and the offer itself. Within five business days, you receive a written diagnostic documenting what we found, what we would change first, and what we would not touch. The diagnostic is yours regardless of whether we work together.
If the audit surfaces a real opportunity and we believe we can deliver on it, we put together a strategy proposal. This covers channel mix, projected budget allocation, creative concepts, measurement plan, and a clear scope of what is and is not included. No template decks, no inflated projections.
When the engagement includes building or rebuilding a website or landing page, this is where it happens. Hand-coded or CMS-based depending on what fits, always built mobile-first, ad-platform compliant, and performance-tuned. We do not ship sites that we would not run our own traffic to.
Accounts are created under your business, structured from scratch (or restructured if accounts exist), creative is produced in waves, and tracking is validated end-to-end before launch. We push the first dollar of paid spend only after we are confident the data we will get back is clean.
Live campaigns are monitored daily, bid strategies adjusted as data accumulates, and creative refreshed on a weekly cadence. You receive a written weekly summary from your strategist — what changed, why, what we are testing next — plus access to a live dashboard if you want one.
Once a campaign hits stable, profitable performance, we shift from optimization mode to scaling mode. Budget steps up methodically, new audiences and placements are layered in, and we work with you on the operational side — fulfillment, sales capacity, lifetime value — to make sure your business can absorb the growth.
/ What you will see
Every phase produces tangible artifacts that you keep — not vague status updates buried in Slack.
A document — usually 8–15 pages — covering account structure, creative library, landing experience, tracking, and the three things we would change first.
Fixed-fee proposal with channel mix, projected budget allocation, deliverables, success criteria, and the things explicitly out of scope.
Production code or CMS install, hosted where you choose, with tracking validated and a hand-off document for your team.
Accounts owned by your business, with creative library, ad copy, and audience structure documented in a shared workspace.
A short written update every week from your strategist — performance trend, what changed, what we are testing, and what we need from you.
A formal review every 90 days — what worked, what did not, channel reallocation recommendations, and updated 90-day plan.
The audit is free and the diagnostic is yours regardless. Five business days from intake to delivery.
